This 1967 vintage coin was manufactured using dies from the original tooling used to manufacture the first Krugerrands in 1967, and the privy mark "LT S A R B 2017" was added to authenticate it as legal tender. IT also contains the '50' mintmark commerorating the 50 year anniversay of the Krugerand. This vintage coin celebrates the enduring value of an internationally recognised South African brand.
