1970'S Vintage GOLD Omega Constellation Automatic Chronometer Officially Certified Watch 

REFERENCE  Number Inside of Back Cover CD 1680179P (CD MEANS 14KT GOLD)
On an Omega watch, the letters "CD" before the reference number indicate that the case is made of yellow gold cap 14 ct.. The "CD" is part of a material code that specifies the case material for a particular watch model.
