This is a set of Gold Stamps, issued by the Africana Commemorative Mint in 1975, celebrating the Siege of Mafeking in 1900.

The set consists of two 18 carat gold stamps, a One Penny weighing 12.0 grams, and the other a Three penny weighing 10.0 grams.

Only 3000 sets were minted, of which this one is number 2190.

These stamps carry the SABS stamp on the back, signifying the precious metal content.
