Issued to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Queen's accession to the throne in 1952.
The obverse reads:

An original design by Arnold Machin, showing the ampulla and anointing spoon that were used in the coronation ceremony. These had been renovated for the coronation of Charles II, are believed to date respectively from the 14th and 12th centuries, and to be the oldest items in the Regalia to have remained in continual use.
There is no inscription on the reverse.

Condition:
While this is an uncirculated coin, the reverse does show a little tarnish in places.
The case is a little discoloured, and somewhat scuffed on the bottom
