1978 Dated Rhodesian Army Certificate of Promotion
1978 Dated Rhodesian Certificate of Promotion to Lieutenant, awarded to Oscar Joseph Lefevre on the 5th of September 1978 and signed by both the President as well as the Minister of Defence (hard to tell if the signatures are facsimile or original, one wouldn't imagine the President and the Minister of Defence signing each and every promotion but the ink really does look legit on this one) and with the Rhodesian state seal to the left.
