1978 GOLD R2 of South Africa. 8g of 22 ct gold. This is coin B of two similar coins I'm selling.

They are alledgedly proof coins but were not sealed when I got them, so nothing is guaranteed in this regard.

It looks proof to me but I'm not the first owner and not an expert. Might just be a bargain buy.
