Appropriate Signs of Wear evident due to handling. Insignia material remains in good order- additional velcro mount tab is complete. Pieces were once mounted on a Fielddress Uniform Blouse. Items are Second-Hand.

An EXCELLENT example of RARE, 1980s/ 1990s SADF 7 Medical Battalion ' Special Forces' Embroidered Ops. Medic Qualification Badge w/ Velcro Tab. This set appears to be in a VF+ state of preservation , with detailed Embroidered Graphic Relief on  obverse. All insignia present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Material appears in good order- with associated Velcro securing Tab. These pieces are ex-Mount and were previously attached to a Fielddress Uniform Blouse - with remnants of green threading evident. 

This qualification Badge, would have been worn by a member of 7 Medical Battalion- this formation provided trained Operational Medics for the South African Special Forces ( Recces) field Units. 

The ideal addition to any SADF/ Special Forces ( Recce)  1980s / 1990s Era Insignia collection or display- for the enthusiast seeking a unique period piece for their assortment.
