This piece appears to be in a VF state , with detailed Camouflage Design Relief on  obverse and reverse. All drawstrings and lining present w/ Manufacturer markings. Minimal Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Material is in good order and does NOT display visible defects. 

This piece would have been utilised by Operators of the South African Railways Police , National Task Force Unit - as part of their Fielddress uniform component with the Brass Beret Badge.
