This beautifull l980's floral dress has ruched waist and necklines.  It is made of fine quality chiffon and the skirt has satin and tulle underneath it to make it stand out.  It is in good condition with no tears or stains.  It can be worn right off the shoulders or on the shoulders whichever suits the wearer.  The skirt is very full.  Size 36/38. The length is just above the ankle.
