1981 HRH The Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer  commemorative coin from England.

The first time the British Royal Mint has struck a coin for a Royal Wedding and is the first British coin to show the reigning monarch and the heir apparent.
It is also the first coin minted with the portrait of Prince Charles, the next King of England.
It features the images of the Royal Couple on one side and the traditional image of Queen Elizabeth II is on the front side. The coin, also known as a crown, measures 38.61 millimeters (about the size of US silver dollar)  In 1985 Williams & Glyn's merged fully with the Group's Scottish clearing bank which thereafter traded throughout Britain as a single entity, The Royal Bank of Scotland.
