Looking for a good investment? You cannot go wrong with this 22 ct (916.7 pure gold) Krugerrand Gold Bullion Coin dated 1990. The coin has been set in a stamped 9ct Yellow Gold Frame so that you can wear it as a pendant. Each coin contains 1/10oz of fine 22 ct (91.67% gold, 8.33% copper) pure gold. The reverse design of a springbok, an enduring symbol of South Africa, was done by Coert Steynberg and is signed CLS (for Coert Laurens Steynberg) to the left below the springbok and separates the 1990 year date . The obverse of the coin depicts Otto Schultz's famous portrait of Paul Kruger. The coin was produced by the Rand Refinery (South African Mint). For the year 1990 they minted 98 466 coins only.  It is in an excellent condition with no damage to report.

The coin with the pendant frame has a diameter of approximately 1.7 cm, the gold loop adds another 0.6 cm to the length. The total weight of this pendant is approximately 4 grams.
