Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Buttons appear complete with cuff closures. Labels evident in lining. Personnel Nametapes are visible. 

This piece would have been utilised by United States Army Personnel during the 1990s , as part of their Standard Issue Uniform Attire ( Home Service & Temperate Overseas Climate).
