This limited edition pair is presented in a small booklet where notes are protected by a plastic sleeve. 

The front of the note shows a portrait of Her Majesty The Queen (common to all Series E notes) and a watermark of Her Majesty in a central panel.

The back of the note features a portrait of Michael Faraday, the eminent scientist and shows him lecturing at one of the Royal Institution’s Christmas Lectures.      

            The notes in this Limited Edition  show the ciphers E01 – E02 and  numbers 000001 – 001000. This uncut pair has a low number 000407.

            This is the first time an uncut pair of TWENTY POUNDS notes has ever been issued.
