These silver coins in proof condition were issued to VIP’s (e.g. international statesmen) in these white presentation boxes at Nelson Mandela's inauguration.
Please note that the lid of the outer box has suffered some water damage, but the inner box is fine and the coin itself is a super coin still encapsulated and guaranteed to grade in PROOF condition.
