As per scan. Please note that this is an unsigned cover. Various of the Mandela items (and other covers) recently offered on Bob are signed by FW de Klerk. I do believe that one of the Bob sellers of these covers is either related or friendly with former State President FW de Klerk and de Klerk appears quite willingly to sign covers on request by this seller. In my humble opinion, this modern signature should be treated as a cheap curiosity rather than carrying a premium. Genuine signed covers by de Klerk during his Office as President appear to be scarce.
