1994 Tyco View-Master 3-D: The Magic School Bus (3 reels) - Ms. Frizzle said, "Class please bring in a report about things that go togethe ron the beach." But Arnold and Keesha forgot! All Keesha has is a tuna fish sandwich for lunch. And all Arnold brought is some green slime on his way to school.
Ms. Frizzle thinks there is a connection between green slime and a tun fish sandwich. "We'll look for the connection at the beach, kids!" she says. It looks like another crazy field trip in the Magic School Bus!
The bus turns into a glass-bottom boat, a submarine, and even a surfboard, while the kids get smaller until they're the size of phytoplankton - a type of microscopic plant that's the same as the green slime on Arnold's shoe. Uh-oh, they meet up with some zooplankton - microscopic animals that eat phytoplankton. Time to get bigger fast! The kids and the bus go through a whole ocean food chain - from phytoplankton to zooplankton, to a little anchovy fish, and, finally right into the mouth of a great big tuna!
"I guess we learned the connection between slime and tuna fish," says Keesha. "It's part of the food chain." It sure is educational, but it's scary, too. The class and the buss are about to be eaten! How can they make it out of the tuna's mouth? Find out in these wonderful new View-Master 3-D reels!
