Its stunning design features a walking Liberty on the obverse and Heraldic eagle on the reverse. It contains 1oz (28.3495 grams) of 999 pure silver. Silver not only provides a hedge against inflation and rand depreciation, but is also an important industrial metal used in modern technological products, making it an important part of any investment portfolio. This coin is dated 1996, were not circulated, and is still in its original black velvet storage box and original packaging. The coin and box are in an excellent condition. The carton packaging protecting the storage box shows a little wear consistent with age and use but no damage.
