This ring mount features a removable recoil pin sited underneath the rear ring.
The dovetail clamps feature a reversible clamping system which allows you to adjust the clamping from 9.5mm up to 11.5mm. Slot the recoil pin into recess of certain models to prevent the mount moving rearward under heavy recoil.
These rings have a special holding tape inside, holding the scope secure without scratching.
