SHIPPING-Goods will only be shipped on payment clearance at the bank. Please assist by forwarding proof thereof. Please combine the postage, packaging or insurance on separate articles when payment is made. Delivery to buyer takes place via country wide postal services.
POSTAGE-Kindly allow for 3-5 days for delivery to your counter. The first item costs R40-00 and R10-00 for each additional item sent together. Overnight to counter speed services on week days, costs R75-00 for the first item and R25-00 for each additional item. Overnight to doorstep costs R135-00 for the first item posted and R35-00 for each additional item in the package.
INSURANCE-This can be arranged for an additional cost of 2.5% of the auctions selling total on the buyers request. Postage is done with an electronic tracking number, ensuring your peace of mind.
PAYMENTS- Payment is required within 48 Hours of winning the Auction. Please use your username when making payments. Banking details will be available when your order is completed. All buyers please confirm postage, insurance and exchange rates before making payment also ensure to email this proof. Electronic Funds Transfer, Cash or Direct Deposits are accepted methods of payment. Also remember to add an additional 5% to cover bank charges on these payments.
RETURN- Contact us for return confirmation and on refund or replacement instructions. Handling fees of 15% will be charged and postage as well as other costs are non refundable. The item must be in original condition as we cannot refund any damaged items. You may return any item within 7 days of receipt if written proof of the complaint has been forwarded by mail together with written confirmation from a Geological Authority indicating the full extent of our descriptions incorrectness or the discrepancy to enable a refund.

After receiving proof of the payment we will leave feedback for every successful transaction, everything mailed together with your Invoice and the tracking number.
CERTIFICATE OF APPRAISAL – We guarantee that all our items are as described. All the value factors, e.g. enhancements or treatments are fully disclosed. If advertised the certificate will be shown as a photograph. If none appears in the advertisement we can obtain one with a market value from an Independent Gemmological Laboratory and will be acknowledged worldwide. This cost is excluded from the purchase sum and is calculated on gem weight. We do Valuations for personal or insurance purposes on request.
