The yellow one does not work and the plastic cover over the dial is missing and is also much lighter than the black one. The black one does power on and when I pressed the red button the dial moved. After a while on power, I tested the charger again and the dial moved up to 12 and does not go higher than 12. When you disconnect the power the unit is nonfunctional so it will need a battery. The light on the black one does not work. Small crack in the plastic on the rear of the black one.
