For a full head you need 2 wefts for 12" and 14", 2-3 wefts for 18".
Our hair is not chemically treated or dyed, cuticles are all downward. You can colour the hair, but keep in mind that colouring shortens the life-span of your weft. Use only good quality shampoo and conditioner and no oily sprays.
Blow-dry only on medium heat and brush carefully from bottom up.
Some of our clients use the same wefts for already over a year, so please care for them and you will be happy with them for a long time.
Shipping
We ship by post counter to counter only! Shipping as econo parcel is free within South Africa. We ship the morning after we have received proof of payment. Then it will take 3-5 working days to arrive at your post office. With postal speed services (add R 55) it will arrive at your post office 24-48h after we have shipped. Shipping to Namibia and Swaziland is possible, drop us a line for details. Delivery to these countries usually takes 5 (Namibia) - 13 working days
Payment
You can pay via bobpay or EFT. For a speedy delivery it is important to send us proof of payment from your EFT window. Please always use your order # as reference, otherwise we cannot allocate your payment. You can also pay cash at the bank, however you have to add R 16.50 bank fees
