We are happy to honour a replacement or refund should you receive a defective item from us. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods for returns to be accepted. If returning package please consult us first to make arrangements. Returns policy only applies to technical failure of equipment.
Goods that have been damaged, dropped or mis-used are not under warranty. If returning goods under warranty for replacement this will only be done if all the original packaging & accesories are intact and not damaged.

Payment Is required within 24hours of placing your order. We accept payment via BOBPay EFT & Direct Deposit. Paypal is available on request but will incur a 4% service charge based on your order value.

Warranty , All accessories have a 1 month warranty and hardware has a minimum 6 month, maximum 12 month warranty. Please Q & A before purchasing for information on the warranty period. Any items faulty within 7 days will need to be returned to us at the buyers expense for replacement or refunding. Items that are faulty after 7 days will be returned to us at the buyers expense for warranty. Please note the turnaround time on a warranty repair can be anywhere from 3-6 weeks due to items being imported.
