Consists of 2 Main Filters - Spun Sediment & Activated Carbon and repacement

filters are inexpensive & readily available countrywide.

Sediment Filter Removes large particles that are either dissolved or undissolved

in the water such as sand, dirt, mud, leaves, insects, rust etc This filter can be

cleaned by sealing the base of the filter and blowing hard through the top aperture until most

of the discolouration is removed. The outer area can then be sponged clean and re-inserted.

Activated Carbon Filter removes all particles greater than 10 microns , chlorine,

pesticides, herbicides, generic poisons, etc This is the same mateial that

hospitals use on patients that have been poisoned
