How to use:
1.Clean the surface of your nails.
2.Apply the base coat (White & Black recommended) (for HOLO FLAKE better to use Black colour gel)
You can apply this flakes on different base colours.
3.Apply another layer of the base coat, cure (not totally dry), then place the powders onto your nails. Better to use a nail silicone pen. 

4. Seal it with UV GEL Top or No-Wipe Top coat to get a smooth surface.
