**Payment within 3 days of auction/buy now closing. Payments made after 20h00 pm on Thursdays, our next shipping day is on Tuesday, to allow for all payments & shipping to be cleared first.

COMBINING OF ORDERS:

Please advise seller when you win the 1st auction that you wish to combine, so that we know to hold your item back. Combining allowed for 14 days only, then parcels need to be shipped.

SHIPPING OPTIONS for SOUTH AFRICA only:-

Aramex delivery straight to your door only items that fit in courier sleeve (need your street address).

Postnet counter, buyer to advise their nearest Postnet branch when auction won, only items under 5kg fits in plastic sleeve, larger & heavier items request a quote from us first (via email).

SAPO normally takes 10-11 working days (strikes/delays naturally out of our control).

NO COLLECTIONS!  We do not ship with Pep Paxi.  

***Parcels not collected by buyers within 30 days incurs additional charges & fees for buyer's account. After 30 days we will not entertain any queries as our files are closed.

We will email or sms your tracking number and it is up to the buyer to track their parcel, (naturally we also assist from our side if its within the 30 days period.

SAPO do not issue collection slips. So if you do not receive your parcel in about 10 working days, take your tracking number to your Post Office and enquire, most often the parcel is already there waiting for collection. SAPO send uncollected parcels back after 30 days!!!

Lastly, when parcel received please leave your feedback by rating our service on the auction, this concludes the sale.
