2 Original Ceramic "Bolzano Angels" made in South Tyrol Italy (1 with working Music Box playing Silent Night) in excellent condition.
Height of Angel with Music Box - 15 cm ( Angel has small round Candle Holder in Hands- there is a small area with Bronze Paint missing)
Height of Angel holding a Flute - 18 cm.
The Music Box is Swiss Made by the Company "Reuge" and is marked with Stille Nacht / Silent Night No. 882.
The ceramic figures from Bolzano are famous all over the world. The Original Angel of Bolzano is often copied today. The unique form and special charm of the Bolzano Angel, however, only comes from the capital of South Tyrol in Italy. Its rounded shape, subdued colours and the likeable expression of the little face captivate many viewers.
