The two pan twenty litre electric Super Fryer is manufactured from 430 Stainless
steel. It is fitted with 2 pans with a capacity of twenty litres each. Each pan is
heated by three 4kW elements and the cooking temperature is maintained by a
180?C thermostat. The fryer operates on three phase and makes use of electrical
contactors, back up thermostats, circuit breakers as well as 8 pin relays. The fryer is
fitted with a 3??4 inch drain valve on each pan for oil drainage and a drain box oil
receiver is supplied with each unit.
The fryer is fitted with a closed storage cabinet below the controls in which cooking
utensils etc can be stored. The fryer is also fitted with a bar above the oil pans into
which chip baskets can be clipped to drain excess oil.
