DescriptionThe two pan twenty liter electric Super Fryer It is fitted with 2 pans with a capacity of twenty liters each. Each pan isheated by three 4kW elements and the cooking temperature is maintained by a180?C thermostat. The fryer operates on three phase and makes use of electricalcontactors, back up thermostats, circuit breakers as well as 8 pin relays. The fryer is fitted with a bar above the oil pans intowhich chip baskets can be clipped to drain excess oils.
