Two modern breakfast duos by Spode in the well-loved "Chinese Rose" pattern. This pattern was first introduced by this company in 1815. Each piece is decorated with a band of multi-coloured flowers, with a central posy on the saucer. The rims are painted green. These duos are meant for breakfast drinks and as such are about 50% larger than your usual cup and saucer. The back stamp dates the manufacturing of both to 1990. There are two duos available and the bidding is per duo (i.e. you can bid on either one or both by selecting the quantity).

Condition: All four pieces are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing that I can detect. There is some minor wear and tear due to usage, especially on the inside of the cups. The saucers each have three stilt marks at the back.

Dimensions: The cups measure about 11 cm across (excluding the handle) and stand about 7 cm tall. The saucers are about 16.4 cm across and 2.2 cm high.

Postage and Payment: Postage through SAPO is R55 for one duo; R65 for both together. Please pay within 3 days or else a SNC will be filed to allow me to relist the item.
