Please read the descriptions about the contents. What Every Woman Knows. A four act play - first presented at the Duke of York's Theatre in London in 1908. It ran for 384 performances. The play was written before women's suffrage. According to the play, every woman knows she is the invisible power responsible for the success of the man in her life. Dear Brutus. A 1917 fantasy play depicting alternative realities for its characters and their eventual return to real life. The title is a reference to a line from Shakespeare's Julius Ceasar: "The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, but in ourselves". The play ran for 363 performances in the West end between October 1917 and August 1918 (during the First World War) and again in 1922 for another 257 performances. The theme of the play is whether it would benefit people if they could have their lives over again and make different choices. No shipping overseas.
