Unfortunately the one arrived in 4 pieces and although the packaging probably was sufficient, the courier company you chose was a bit rough. I write this so that you (and buyers) should think before selling or buying breakable stuff. Another thing - If I had bought this in a store I could've returned the one and got my money back (or exchange, because I rather liked the one), but you replied "I apologise and thank you for your understanding."
