Item 1: Western Digital 500GB HDD

- Sold as faulty.

Item 2: Western Digital 2TB HDD

- Windows does not detect the drive. HDSentinel and the Windows disk partition tool do not load when the HDD is connected. The system refuses to shut down when the drive is connected.
