I'm selling a few items for a friend of mine who's husband used to work for the former president's F.W. de Klerk & Nelson Mandela. There is no C.O.A. included but anyone is more than welcome to get one at their own cost. Please find below a letter from the former president Nelson Mandela, addressed to to my friend which is on an official presidential letterhead and signed by him as some sort of proof as to where the items were obtained.

1 x FDC with R5 inauguration coin (stamp signed)

The contents of one of the first letter has been blocked out due to it being personal and the second letter was from the president to her younger daughter. I hope it helps ease any doubt and/or uncertainty.
