Blue Leaved Dasylirion or Hidalgo Sotol Seeds

Dasylirion is a genus of 17 species of flowering plants in the family Ruscaceae, all native to Mexico, with three species also extending into the southwestern United States.

A beautiful Yucca-like succulent with upright, toothed, superbly glaucous, blue leaves to 1m long. The maximum plant height is 1.5 m.

Dasylirion glaucophyllum is an evergreen plant with a medium growth rate. It requires well drained soil and full sun exposure. It is hardy to -12°C.
