Hair Care:

Because the hair is no longer attached to a head, the each strand of hair doesn’t receive anymore nutrients to keep it healthy. It is important to care for your hair properly.

• Wash your hair with a gentle shampoo and must always use a conditioner after shampooing.
• Once the hair has thoroughly dried (it must not be damp or this may break the hair when combing), gently comb with a wide-tooth comb – start combing the bottom/tips, then work your way up to the scalp.
• At least once a week, instead of using normal conditioner, deep condition the hair with a treatment.
• When you sleep, loosely tie your hair at the top of your head or wear a scarf over your head to minimize tangling.

If the hair is not cared for properly, it will tangle and will be unmanageable. Proper care will allow re-use of the weft (the number of times the weft is re-used is dependent on proper care).
