  1. Plug the FM Modulator into vehicle's 12 Volt adaptor (cigarette lighter plug), Plug your Flash Memory into FM Modulator's USB Port or connect your Mp3 Player or any other supported audio using the audio cable (included in package) into the audio jack.
  2. Tune your radio to a free frequency with no broadcast, select the same channel as on the radio from the 200 frequencies on the Fm Transmitter.
  3. Press play and enoy your music
