1. All cars on auction by us are auctioned as is with no duty to repair on our part. These vehicles are high mileage trade in units that are not suitable to retail sale.

2. While we have take the time to inspect each vehicle and disclose any issues or problems we come across, we do not warrant in any way that the vehicles are mechanically sound. You are purchasing at your own risk. 

3. You will be liable for roadworthy and registering the car in your name.

4. You are welcome to view the vehicle before the auction closes. Please contact us at 011 609 0156 to arrange this.

5. We reserve the right to end the auction early or withdraw the vehicle completely.

6. PLEASE do not bid if you are unsure about the vehicle or cannot pay for the car promptly at the end of the auction.

Once the auction has closed, payment is to be made and the vehicle collected within 48 hours, no negotiations/viewing etc afterwards.
