Shipping fees calculated on import duties, TAX, combined shipping cost to company, address verification process, extra fees payable to courier for collection from paid shopping complex for drivers, costs of communicating with courier, time spent preparing parcel for shipping, and time spent on waiting for courier collection, time spend on tracking orders leaving premises, until it reaches the Buyer, and communication keeping Buyer informed of the shipping process. We have no control over collection or delivery times for local or national parcels. We do not ship international at all. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you on the day we ship your order Monday to Friday. Areas we ship to D2D (Door-to-Door) are listed in the shipping section, to CBD's only with max of 7km radius from CBD, and NO PO Boxes, NO Townships, NO Rural land, NO government Buildings, NO Gated Communities, NO Schools, NO Universities, NO Technicons, NO Hospitals, as our courier cannot deliver to those areas.
