readily biodegradable, has none of the typical chlorine properties, so safe to the environment
effective on a whole range of micro-organisms, including Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, fungi, and naked viruses and enveloped viruses.
Many disinfectants have no activity versus so-called naked viruses at all.
