200W Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL) has a colour temperature of 6400 Kelvin which makes it the perfect spectrum (Daylight) for the vegetative phase of your plants life. It's a great light for seedlings, cuttings, and young plants that don't require a very intense light. There are many benefits that come with using CFL's - they are easily available, low cost, draw very little electricity, burn cooler, can be placed a lot closer to your plants than HID lighting and don't require a ballast to power them.
