This is a VERY RARE MEDALLION ,  2010 FIFA World presented to the members of the World Football Confederations who represented  the official group of representatives drawing for the 19th World Cup held in South Africa. These final draw medals are apparently only awarded to one representative from each of the 32 teams that qualify for the world's biggest sporting event, making them particularly rare.

The 2010 World Cup official draw took place in Cape Town, South Africa on December 4, 2009. 

These lovely medals feature a raised design,  They are gold in colour, made by renowned Italian manufacturer Bertoni , SAME MANUFACTURER OF THE WORLD CUP TROPHY
