Shipping & Other Charges

1.All items are sent straight to your hand from our company in china. We ensure to give you the best quality and most favorable price. 
2.Items normally shipped 48--72 hours after payment received.
3.Tracking information is usually send to you within 72 hours.
4.Payment must be made within 48 Hours otherwise the product will be  relisted and SNC will be filed.
5.Order Cancellation - Please contact us immediately should you need to cancel your order. Orders must be cancelled on the same day to avoid a cancellation fee of 10%.
6.You have the right to return goods within 7 days at our cost for the mis-shipped item. If you are returning dresses, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. If yes, dresses cannot be returned.
7.We are not responsible for shipping delays which are beyond our control including but not limited to acts of God, strike, wars, etc.
8.We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time.
