A Cape classic, Kanonkops Paul Sauer is a Bordeaux-style blend named in honour of the estates patriarch. The 2015 vintage hails from a stellar growing season in Stellenbosch, widely considered one of the Capes best. The blend typically comprises Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, and is aged in new French oak for 24 months.
