On the reverse of the 2018 1 oz Tuvalu Black Panther Marvel Series Silver Coin is the image of the Black Panther. Engravings include Marvel: Black Panther, with his image captured on that face as well. The fictional superhero first appeared in Marvel Comics in July 1966, and was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Black Panther appeared in FANTASTIC FOUR #52.

The obverse of the 2018 1 oz Marvel Series Silver Coins all feature the right-profile portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majestys fourth-generation effigy captured here was created in 1998 by Ian Rank-Broadley.
