Resistance to common fluids and solvents as well as high dielectric strength.
Adhesive lined polyolefin heat shrink, with a 3 : 1 shrinkage rate, this tube shrinks to 1/3 of its diameter when heated.

It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including electrical insulation, strain relief, cable bonding, color-coding and identification.
When heated the tube shrinks to 1/3 of it's diameter and the adhesive lining melts and flows around the material being covered giving a permanent weatherproof bond.
Due to the way heat shrink tube manufactured, it is often a little larger than its stated pre-shrunk size, however the tube will always shrink to 1/3 of the stated pre-shrunk size.
