I paid Mr C for lights and postage but he did not send or does not have the proof that he sent it. He cannot even provide me with a tracking number for me to trace the parcel. How else am I supposed to query with the post office. Cavash always has excuses for not providing the tracking number, either his wife or his driver misplaced it or his latest, its in an unopened box because he moved house. How professional is this?
