Purchaser to pay 2015 Levy, invoiced in September 2014
First allocation of 21 points will be on the 1st of October 2014.
On Transfer Seller has to pay
1. Transfer fee of R 1800
2. I Exchange fee of R 1399 if they are not a Holiday Club Member or R 790 if you are a Holiday Club Member
Transfer will take place in July 2014
