Polymer Clay Shaping Method:
1. Baked shaping method
Put the works in the oven. A layer of tissue in the baking pan spread (or other similar objects).
Put the works on tissue which can be avoided stick in the oven.
According to the works of adjusting the size of the baking time, adjusting temperature to 120 degrees to130 degree.
If the size is below 5CM, baking about 15 minutes, more than 5CM, about 20 minutes.
It can be taken out after cooling.If you feel it is not enough hard,you can continue to bake about 5 minutes until it is OK.
2. Steamed shaping method:
Put the works with tissue,and then into a container, cover with lid.
Put the container into the pot and add enough water, and ensure the water level is lower than the container mouth.
Preheat oven for about 20 minutes. It can be taken out after cooling.
If you feel it is not enough hard,you can continue to bake about 10 minutes until it is OK.
3. Boiled shaping method:
Put the works into the cold water not less than 5 litres and then put the works.
Pay attention not to direct contacting with the pot.Slow fire is heated to boiling, lasting 10 to 20 minutes, and then turn off the heat.
You can remove the works,after the water temperature natural cooling.
If you feel it is not enough hard,you can continue to boil about 10 minutes until it is ok
Note:Do not put it near high temperature object such as radiators that is easy to volatile oil resulting clay mud dry and hard.
