This season, Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) has gone underground, working on an oil rig near L.A. under an assumed name, But a series of murders targeting the few people who know Jack is still alive brings Jack back to town, just as the president is preparing to sign an arms treaty in L.A.
