AMAZON WARRANTY POLICY

This limited warranty applies to any repair, replacement part or replacement Device for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety days, whichever period is longer. All replaced parts and Devices for which a refund is given shall become our property. This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Device that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations, repair, or commercial use.
Returning Kindle for Repairs
You can return any Kindle within 1 year to Amazon.com via US. Please place your Kindle in the original packaging. You may still return the Kindle if the box has been opened. It is not necessary to include the manual or accessories.
We will then Give your package to the shipper. Return shipping costs are only reimbursed if the return is due to Amazon error. If a pre-paid label is not convenient in your location, indicate the cost of shipping you paid with your return (either on the packing slip inside of the box or written on the return label outside of the box). You may be reimbursed for your shipping costs according to Amazon Returns and Refunds policy.
